service engineers who are on hand 24 hours a day,
7 days a week to tend to your servicing and emergency
repairs. A policy that ensures your venue is operational
and generating revenue at all times. As FT Audio Visual
Ltd are based in central UK, Harrogate, North Yorkshire,
we are in a prime location to reach any job. We also
stock an extensive range of loan equipment should
yours not be immediately repairable.

Contract Maintenence
Whilst all our Installed Equipment
is covered by our standard 12 month guarantee, we obviously
have many installations that have been in place longer
than this. For installations over 12 months old, we
offer a very cost effective maintenance contract (and
are told this by our clients). Typically our maintenance
contracts cover a preventative maintenance plan as well
as emergency repair plans and temporary replacement
plans. Cost effectiveness and flexibility are our main
aims and to achieve this, we construct every maintenance
contract to each client's individual needs. We
will even cover equipment that was not supplied or installed
by ourselves. |

Workshop
Maintenence
FT Audio Visual Ltd has a fully equipped workshop and
a large store of replacement parts. If it is not possible
to repair a unit on site, a replacement unit will be
left and the faulty one taken to our workshop to be
tested and repaired. Loan units are free of charge and
only the cost of the repair is invoiced. |
