| Balmoral Castle - Her Majesty the Queens 80th Birthday FT Audio Visual were recently asked to rig and engineer the main stage for the Queen's Birthday Celebrations at Balmoral Castle.Our Technicians engineered the event using Martin Professional Lighting including Mac 700's, 550's, 250 washes and Kryptons, programmed with an Avolites lighting desk. For front of house audio we used KV2 Audio's hugely impressive VHD system mixed with Allen & Heath desks. Also, FT Audio Visual engineered performances by famous Scottish singer and broadcaster Fiona Kennedy, The Scottish Fiddle Orchestra, Graham Geddes Scottish Dance Band, Steven Innes, The Bon Accord Silver Brass Band, The Gordon School of dance and The Aberdeen Sinfonietta. The evening was presented by BBC Radio 2 DJ, Ken Bruce. Katherine Jenkins World renowned classical singer Katherine Jenkins headlined the evening at Balmoral Castle. Recently she performed to over 250,000 people at the Live8 concerts in both Berlin and London. |
